... Still Indulging In Fun Things

Above shows my trip, almost “Circumferencing the USA. Since my scooter broke down, and could not get it fixed in a timely manner anywhere (without waiting 2 to 3 weeks for a part), I just pushed home after leaving Sean in Detroit MI. Driving thru state after state without the ability to explore is not much fun. Therefore I cut the trip short.
And on Sunday my friends (Cindy, Vicky, and Jenna) had planned a nice killer hike. We went to Big Basin park and hiked 11 miles, and climbed 2800 ft. Since am badly out of shape, am now one sore puppy. It is good to be back, and find my friends still indulging in doing fun things, some went biking and some hiked.
If you wonder where is Rouel this days, wonder no more, am “HOME”, back in Mt View CA. Got back on Sat. One week after leaving Sean in Detroit.
My immediate priorities are to do maintenance on the RV: Wash and wax, under the hood service, and checkout/service all other the RV systems (water heater, air condition, propane system, refrigerator, etc).
I will also endeavor to get back my physical condition. 4 month ago the hike on the left would not have bothered me.
Some stats from “My Trip”: Drove 9214 miles, spent $4964 in gasoline, $2797 in RV campground fees (I did stay in a few RV resorts, they tend to charge more), and $1070 dining out. Trip time: 4 months and 1 week.
