... And It Is Not Funny.

Recently a friend sent me this photo. Back in Aug 2001, someone discovered it in a garage in Northern Minnesota, she had only 19,000 miles. What is it? it a 1937 Ford House Car. Yep, RV’s have been around since the early days of the automobile. See this link.
Well shortly after my last blog, remember I was at Laguna Seca Speed Way just a few miles from Monterey, CA. My friend Cindy called one late night and she needed someone, me, to house and Bogey sit for her in Sunnyvale CA. That is Bogey on the right. Bogey likes me, she greets me by laying down with her belly exposed so that I give her a belly rub. That was about 2 weeks, am still here, and will be at Cindy’s for another 2 weeks.
It is good to be home, and playing will all my friends, Cindy, Vickie and little Alice and little Jo, Elaine, and Sandra, and Bogey too.
This blog will show some stuff I found interesting. LIke the old House Cars above. And since I ride a motorcycle, here is an new interesting motorcycle (a friend also sent me this link). Cool, but currently a bit expensive.
Now don’t you wish you had a Burgatti Veyron, see this link. 267mph with a CD player.
consumes 2 gallons of gas per minute and gets only 38 miles to a $28,000 set of tires. And at $1,700,000 they're already sold out! Guess I will not order one.
So what about my National Park adventures? I guess it is on hold, today I put gas in the motorcycle, $4.35 a gallon. The oil company’s are laughing all the way to the bank, and it is not funny. So far, I refused to feed their greed. However, I think they will likely win, and I will have to eventually break down and go on my adventures. In the mean time, am going to Lake Tahoe for a weekend. Then I will go to San Diego, I think.
